The booking
of your stay will be
granted after be given a deposit of 50% of the rent is paid.
If the remittance of the balance has not arrived two weeks bevor
arrival, please pay cash on arrival.

Notice of termination
up to 31 days before beginning of the lease: 10% of the rent
up to 21 days before beginning of the lease 60% of the rent otherwise,
later than two weeks 100%.
Notice of termination must be done in writing (by letter)
Relevant here is the
day of arriving of the statement.
The holiday appartment will be given to you in a clean and intact
condition. If any demage will be created during the period of the
lease please inform us immediately and it should be payed at once.
